Dues notices are typically mailed out in October. The majority of our nominal dues ($110 per year) are spent on winter plowing and salting of our subdivision roads. This service is NOT provided by the Township. Our subdivision roads are very well tended in the winter and are usually the first to be plowed and salted in our area. We also use dues to maintain our signs and entranceways, fund a neighborhood summer picnic, and print and mail our neighborhood directory, biannual newsletters and special announcements.
